Inmates to talk ways to heal relationships

A local prison ministry will be drawing attention to the needs of inmates during Restorative Justice Week, Nov. 16-23. "Restorative justice understands crime from the perspective of the harm caused to people and relationships," said Maureen Donegan, coordinator of Catholic Charities Justice Services in Vancouver.
